This is literally the worst hotel experience I’ve had in my life. Everything was fine through the check-in process. The man working at the front desk was cordial and explained he didn’t have the king side bed room in reserved and I’d gave a room with two beds. Ok, no problem for me. The problem was the room itself, which smelled strongly of smoke and looked like it hadn’t been maintained for many years. The room did not appear clean and has a white cover over the window (not even blinds) that didn’t completely shut out the light or vision from the outside. Due to the smell of smoke, I went to the front office and requested another room but the man at the office declined, told me that was the only room, I meister he knew it didn’t smell like smoke and LITERALLY offered me a can of Febreeze for the smell. I explained I wasn’t going to sleep in a room that smelled like smoke and asked him to come check out the room with me but he insisted he knew no one had smoked in the room and refused to walk back with me to verify my issue. Ultimately the man also refused to issue me a refund (though initially when I asked for another room he said I could use the febreeze or get a refund - until I tried to get the refund) and said I’d have to take it up with the third party site. I’m pretty low maintenance and travel a lot and this is the first time in my life I didn’t stay at a hotel where I got a reservation and left to stay elsewhere. The $29 or so I would’ve saved going to a slightly better place was not worth it at all. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but trust me and please do yourself a favor but not staying here.

The location was Great it’s in the heart of Scottsdale, the place didn’t look bad however after a couple days there was a big ass ROACH 🪳 laying on the bathroom floor I flipped out it was a huge in and they don’t have flying cock roaches out here !!!!! THEN THE FRONT DESK INDIAN DUDES WAS RUDE ASS HELL TO ME and I don’t know why! I tried to get tissue and rung the bell 🛎️ that’s what it’s there for he acted like he didn’t hear it the first time and so I rang it three more times and he can out yelling pointing his finger being rude talking bout don’t do this don’t do this and trying to argue with me!!!!! Then the next time in a couple more days after I went in early in the morning cause my key wasn’t working and I rang the bell he was acting as if her couldn’t hear me so I called the office in my phone 3 times he finally answered the phone and I’m like I need my key recharged because it’s not working he was rude and like come back at 10 office is closed and it was 6-7 in the morning and I’m like no I can’t get in my room and he hung up the phone so I rang the bell a good 3-4 times in a row he comes out from the back sleep, yelling don’t book here no more after today check out and keep in mind I still had two more days there that was his fault not keeping my key charged. Just all around RUDE!
