Location was great and so close to the cruise port. They had a nice area to store your luggage since we arrived early. Very clean, staff friendly.
The pool closed at 7:30 pm. The refrigerator was small and had items for purchase only in it, nowhere to put anything brought back to the room (leftovers, outside drinks, etc)

Great services and wonderful valet.! The views from the roof top pool were exquisite.!
Only issue was construction made out brow a little ugly but they can’t control that .!! I loved everything about this place

A lovely big room with views of the bay. Comfortable bed and central location
The staff were not so helpful and the room is "tired" in places. The hotel is right on Biscayne Boulevard which is central and convenient but our room was also very close to a main highway and as such was very noisy - the compromise for convenience. Having arrived we went to the bar/restaurant for a drink and there were plates and remains on some of the tables even though there was just one table with guests eating. The biggest surprise was that the bar had just 2 beers and I mean 2 beers. Just one can and one bottle - literally. We went out to a local bar instead....
