Very welcoming checking in. We had a trailer on back of truck & told where to park it. Only 2 miles from a surgery center I was going to. Nice big room.

The lady managers were all helpful and hospitable. In particular I found a Black lady manager to be above and beyond in helpfulness, humor and kindness. Unfortunately, I do not recall her name, but she worked on day shifts while we stayed there.
All was well, nothing negative.

The room was not cleaned daily! On Thanksgiving Day we asked for the room to be cleaned and they said there was no staff. We asked for clean towels and we had to go get them at the front desk. one day for breakfast they ran out of paper plates.
