Very spacious living/dining/kitchen
Huge deck directly on the bay with amazing view
Walk to Northside park for winter fest of lights
Hall and bedrooms a little small as to be expected

The location is great. Walking distance to stores and restaurants.
The house smells musty but after the AC was on it was better or maybe I just got used to it. The shower in the bedroom bath drips constantly. There were only two of us so we only used the other shower. The blender is broken. I read that another reviewer also made that comment. A blender is not that expensive and should be provided in a vacation rental house. Other than that, everything was good. Great location. Huge deck with beautiful views of the bay.
