    It is so clean, the value for money is really worth it. It smells good everywhere. It is highly recommended if you have toddlers traveling with you because each surface was well maintained.

    The location was near everything I needed. Costco, food, and gas are near. All employees were kind and my room was comfortable. My tub was slow to drain, but other than that I had no issues. I would definitely stay here again.

    Manager Krista and staff Favor we’re terrible ignored our concerns and requests and gave us a worse room than the previous we feel because they were retaliating due Tonkin concerns of unclean rooms, buttons being clogged with pooling water which took 1.5 days to clean and we had to shower at the YMCA. Staff favor rolling her eyes and ignoring us and Nono e apologizing for all the hardship we are still enduring until 7/20 this is the hotel from hell. They refused to refund d us and allow us to look for another hotel. Room has mold and no clean noisy vents, ripped shower curtain hair all over the bathroom and towels with hairs. Unclean rooms with dirty towels folded as if new. Laundry sticking. The washer and I had to go to laundromat at 10:55pm to wash it in neighborhood I don’t know I am from Montana. Manager Krista dos t apologize and only complaint they she would give me my $1.50 as a courtesy because there is a sign they says used at your own risk. Never minded then co. Spencer me going out late at night to wash laundry that was soaked wet because of poor management and Maintenance. The entire property is poorly maintained and dirty. Staff ignore requests and sight no staff or maintenance on the property. Staff would ignore us at the front desk and o don’t Cared no manger on duty to help us. Hair dryer is an electrical hazard and shower curtains are filthy. I paid extra for a room and was given the worse room in the hotel next to the laundry room with a noisy vent and smell of mold 208 and the light switch does not work. No one is ever at the front desk and I observed manager Krista on 7/15/25 at around 10:30pm in the kitchen holding a man’s hand while working I am assuming her boyfriend this is inappropriate behavior. Manager does not hold staff accountable table for rude and unprofessional behavior. We continue to be mistreated and receive backlash for bringing up concerns and they do not fear that I want to File a complaint and I have never received such treatment. We are being held prisoner in this terrible place and no one wants to help us. I will be reaching out to the better business bureau and anyone else that I can. Both my daughters have been in tears and my disabled daughter does not want to stay here. It truly will have lasting trauma.
