The location was excellent. Huge parking garage as well. The room was clean and even better than expected. Comfortable beds! And often overlooked is how your staff interact with patrons. Everyone we encountered from maid to front desk were courteous and helpful. Super staff! Want to add a special shout out to Ali at the front desk. I was having difficulty in trying to speak to a person as I needed to add a second name to my reservation. After multiple attempts to get past the automated menu I would get when calling I was able to get the front desk number from another party. Ali was patient, very friendly, took care of my request and made me feel valued and I was not even arriving for a few days after my call! She represented your hotel and your company in the best possible way as did the other employees I encountered although unfortunately I do not know their names. I highly recommend your hotel and will definitely stay there again should I return to Reading.

The placement of the toilet tissue holders in the room is extremely awkward. The holder is recessed too far back to be easily reached. Minor inconvenience but you asked what I didn't like.

Very nice..My girls loved the pool. It was very clean & modern.
