Convenient and easily accessible

I appreciated contact from host, local information in binders, extra items for sale (local wine & maple syrup). Rooms were amply appointed and felt cozy without feeling small.
Reheatable breakfast items were stuck to the bottom of the freezer. Microwave was no plugged in nor close enough an outlet.

We chose to stay here for the location close to our relatives for Thanksgiving. The response from staff was attentive and helpful.
The property seems worn and thrown together. For the price and rural location (Berwick), it would be great to have the description and inside appearance and decor to match a Victorian BnB. Also, a continental breakfast is served over holidays rather than the full hot breakfast. We were ok with this, except the toaster was broken and only sweet, flavored coffees were available until we opened the cabinet and found the plain coffee on our own. (We hope this was alright, but we cannot drink flavored coffees/teas.)
