The ease of getting to room and the area its in.
Im not going to make big deal about because it had just come under new owners. Internet was not great among other things... TV was smallest I've seen in rooms..exhaust fan in bathroom was not working. Not sure y heater was so loud and sounds like its about to explode woke us up several times was so loud.

One of the beds was very comfortable, room smell and appearance was clean. Easy to find, restaurants nearby.
Upon walking around, noticed that brad nails were holding some of the flooring down right in the middle of the walk, path, feet could be easily cut if someone is not paying attention. It appears that they are trying to make upgrades to the hotel which is great, but in my opinion, they are doing things kind of half hearted, the TV is so small for the location, not sure why 3 mirrors are needed in 1 room. Shower/toilet area is very tight, there is plenty of room to reconfigure that area better.
