Helpful staff and above average free breakfast.
The highway noise was loud and continued all night. The entrance/exit was a bit confusing, especially in the dark.

This motel was great - the rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and helpful, transportation to/from Mayo Clinic was helpful, breakfast offered variety and was hot and ready when advertised. Housekeepers do a great job, offering service every day (which is unusual in this day and age!) We would stay here again!
Elevator maintenence?? It was squeaky and bumpy going up to our floor - I wondered if we would make it. Price was a little higher than what we paid at other hotels on our trip to Minnesota. TV didn't work, but maintenence fixed it in a timely manner.

Shuttle to Mayo was good but needs to be more on time. It was quiet in the hallways also that was a plus.
The breakfast was terrible. Juice machine out of order, you could have set out pitchers of juice. Waffle iron needs replaced, sticks even after spraying it. Beds not comfortable, Marriott needs to go above and beyond on their beds.
