Location, cleanliness, friendly staff.
Breakfast. Would rather pay less for the room and go out to breakfast. Breakfast was minimal.

From the time I walked in I knew we had made the right choice. Very clean and cozy. They have a little bar/grill and a great breakfast in the morning. The beds were clean and very comfortable as was the room. We liked it so much that we spent an additional night.
I asked for a room at the end of the hallway on the first floor. I didn’t realize there was a washer and dryer in the next room for guest. So a bit noisy. But no fault of the hotels. I was surprised to see that they were coin operated. What a great perk. I don’t have any pics of the hotel but we enjoyed the bridges.

The staff is friendly and facilitates were clean. Nothing about breakfast was good.
Bare minimum offerings for breakfast. Coffee was nasty.
No elevator available should have been said on line when reservations being made.
