Friendly front desk staff, along with parking garage was very convenient and a pub and grille a minute walk away
One of the Elevator was not working which made for long wait times

All was good. Only issue was slow elevators.

A staff member was indifferent upon Check-In. Did not know how to properly confirm my reservation and after 5-10 minutes of aimlessly tooling around promptly walked away never to appear again. A second staff member came over and resolved the situation.
