Staff was excellent! Very friendly!

Pool was very cold!! Would have been perfect if warmed up a little.

Spacious room with mini frig. Hair dryer available. Toiletries in shower. Fitness facility and small indoor pool! Breakfast was included, although I am not much of a breakfast eater. But I was able to grab fruit to go and fill up my water bottle. Bed was very comfortable, and room was clean. Check out time was noon, which was great! Water had lemon in it which was wonderful! Plenty of room with desk, chairs, and sofa in our two queen-sized beds room. Parking was covered and convenient. Elevators and stairs to upper levels. Quiet and had a great night's sleep!

Housekeeping knocked on the door to clean the room around 10 a.m. before we checked out.

Staff was amazing - welcoming & advised on dining options. We needed to check out before breakfast & was offered to help ourselves to anything that had already been placed. Was not expecting that! Beds were SO comfortable - nice & plush Sofa was large enough for our family to watch a movie together & the sofa sleeper was a definite comfort + We appreciated the close parking accommodations.

Our shower was a little icky - expected with moisture level but wasn’t up to par with the rest of the room.

A staff member was indifferent upon Check-In. Did not know how to properly confirm my reservation and after 5-10 minutes of aimlessly tooling around promptly walked away never to appear again. A second staff member came over and resolved the situation.
