I am really loving this place. The last two stays were in tge same building. Access and parking were convenient. Rooms are nice size and clean. Beds were comfortable. No fear factor entering ir leaving. Price is phenomenal.
Weird, but on both occasions the reservationist seems to prioritize contractor over guest. Really not an issue once their topic is resolved. Greetings return and your treated as if you are priority, but not everyone would be receptive to this behavior. Oh. I hate the remotes! LOL

Bed and pillows were comfortable.
I was placed on the second floor on the traffic side of the building. Very noisy. They did not ask me about the floor preference. I can do steps but prefer not to have steps. The breakfast had no protein.
