Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Reasonably good breakfast selection. Good gym, nice pool area. Good location close to Zion and BLM trails.
Room lighting from natural light was poor. Needed to turn lights on during the day to select clothing and find our stuff in our room. Pool could have been cleaner. There was little evidence of any pool maintenance whilst we was there.

Modern facilities, very clean
No WiFi. Could not get WiFi for the duration of my stay which was a problem for my work. I asked for a different room that had WiFi and was told they did t know which rooms had WiFi and which did not so I had now options except to perhaps try for WiFi. Connection in the restaurant. I asked to cancel my stay so I could move to a different property but was told that since I booked using booking.com that this was not possible. I asked to speak to the property manager but was told they were not available for the rest of my stay.
