very welcoming and warm, friendly staff room is very clean. You get a goodie bag when checked in the laundry facility is open 24 hours at any time located vending machines in mini great restaurants in fast food in the area. Only downfall is the construction in the neighborhood and adds to you travel time in town. Over this place is worth your money. The front desk and housekeeping staff is very friendly

Love the hotel. We have been here several times and each time we're greeted with smiles and great customer service. The staff is friendly and take care of us well.

First...the outside looks great! Second...the stench in this place is absolutely disgusting. It wasn't too bad in the office and first floor. My room was on the 4th floor and as soon as the elevator opened, the smell hit me like a brick wall. Combination of cigarettes (even though it's supposedly a non-smoking property), marijuana, and lingering food odors. The smell got worse as I walked down the hallway to my room. The electronic key lock didn't work quite right. I had to insert my key card 8 or 9 times before it would read it. The room smelled bad too. Like something dead. It was so bad, I got a Febreze air freshener thing and stuck it to the AC vent. There is a full size refrigerator (BONUS!!) with ice trays in the freezer, a full sink, and a little 2 burner stove built in the counter top. I didn't use it. I don't know if it even worked. There is no couch. The only chairs are like waiting room type chairs with the metal frame/legs, no arms, padded seat. Like you would see in a Social Security office. Overall, it was decently cleaned. The bed...smh...I had to go buy a blanket. The coverlet thing that they had on it was as thin as the sheet. Pillows were very thin but surprisingly comfortable. The bed was pretty comfy too so I'll give points for that. The bathroom - toilet had a very alarming flush cycle. The water would rise almost to the top, swirl around, then very, very slowly flush. The bathtub was...ick. It was stained with no idea what. Looked like a dirt ring but only the sides by the faucet. There was a hole in the fiberglass like someone jammed something in and yanked it out. I'm sure the floors get vacuumed (I hope) but along the baseboards and the dresser thing, dirt and dust and what-not was collecting. Now...the big thing. There were roaches. Not swarms...just a few. But that's a few to many. I killed 4 or 5. The day that I left, I yanked the sheet and blanket off to make I didn't have anything that got tangled up in them (I have a tendency to lose hair ties and clips). I saw a little black spot...that jumped. It was a FLEA. I swear on my kids' lives that if I end up with fleas in my stuff, there will be absolute hell to pay. So...I would strongly suggest to NOT stay here unless you just have no choice. But watch out for the bugs.
