Good location

I liked the location, the room and the pool. I also enjoyed the hospitality staff for breakfast.

Valet was inattentive. We waited about 30 mins and decided to just do public parking. Front desk staff was kind, BUT had to call the desk several times for locations of amenities because it wasn’t stated at check in. Also, called about sofa blankets and after 30 minutes of waiting for it to be brought upstairs, we had to just go downstairs and get it. The sofa blankets are not kept in the room.

The location was the selling point

The location was great for our girls trip. The hotel was pretty in the public areas. The room left something to be desired. The food was a good selection but the buffet options where cold. The food that was made to order was good. The soda machine was out of syrup and couldn't be used and the juice machines where empty by the time we made it to breakfast at 9. The room didn't look like the photos provided by booking the bathroom was not nearly as updated or clean. The bedroom area was clean. There however wasn't bedding for the pull out in the room and we realized way to late in the evening. The Valet staff was amazing! Other then the staff at breakfast they are the only staff we interacted with and they where always polite and welcoming.

Nice location in the city. Plenty of amenities. Rooms where clean and upto date.

I did not receive the room I reserved. This made things hectic and unpleasing since there was not enough sleeping space as expected and considering I paid for something I didn't receive.

Love, Love this place. Didn’t want to leave. My children loved it here. The room was huge. Everybody was so friendly. The pool was great. Booked last minute because issues with a different hotel and was so glad I did. Felt like luxury on a dime. Love that it had it own entrance to the CVS next to it. Hotel has a lot to offer. Will be staying here again when I come back to Kentucky. Best hotel I have stayed in by far. Valet was so nice and easy. Never had to wait long for my car. I really enjoyed that part(so did my kids). The young lady at the front desk was so nice, and personable I really wish I got her name. She was fairly new but helped me do nicely.

The breakfast. It wasn’t good. After the first day my kids stopped getting up for it because they said they didn’t like it. Actually it was so bad that after we left their we went to a hotel in a Michigan and the refused to eat the breakfast their too,(which had really great breakfast) because they said they didn’t trust hotel breakfast anymore because this hotels breakfast was so bad. Eggs are like plastic. My son said even the bacon was bad.

I had an early morning wake up call that the property was unable to disable, after multiple requests to stop the daily morning call we finally had to unplug the phones in our room. The staff was friendly and explained they were trying everything they could but couldn’t figure out why we kept getting the daily call.

our first room was an interior/interior room, no window to outside. it had an interior balcony looking over a conference room.we requested room change and staff changed room without an issue.

I came to watch Tyler Booth perform on 4th Street Live. Embassy was in the perfect location to 4th Street. I will stay with Embassy again in the future.

The lack of parking on site was a little disappointing. We parked in a parking structure within a 3-minute walk. Which wasn't that bad, gave us the chance to see more beautiful buildings.

Great experience, conveniently located!

Breakfast selections were top rate, we really enjoyed the cuisine. The suite was spacious and very comfortable, it really did not feel like a hotel room. The bed was soft and comfortable.

Getting checked in with the valet was a nightmare. We had to circle Many times and finally had to get out to ask what the secret was, we were told to wait. The only place to wait though was on the street and block traffic. Getting our car back from the valet was great and meet our expectations.

Did not have my reservation due to my using booking.com. Requested pillows and blanket for pull out bed and was never taken to us. Made a call and even went down to counter and no one ever brought up anything.

Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. You should replace the traditional "american" sofa beds with the european style sofa beds. They are much firmer and way more comfortable.

Quiet, clean, tiny rooms

Very clean, refinished rooms, quiet rooms even though it seemed sold out. Breakfast was excellent.

The room was tiny. The photos for the “premium king suite” are fish eye photos. The main living area barely fit the sofa bed when it was unfolded and the bedroom barely fit a pack and play. No window in living area. Because the hotel was so busy the small pool had like 20-30 kids in it all night (definitely at “capacity”) and we had a hard time getting bedding for the sofa bed and no extra towels.
