I liked how close the location was to most places in Ruidoso as well as the ease of the check-in process.
I did not enjoy the pull out sofa bed. We did have 4 guests so we needed the extra bed but it was not comfortable at all. Also parking became a bit chaotic as our next door neighbor had a huge truck parked in front of both our entrances and made it weird entering our room.

The cabin was very cute we thought it was really cozy
It wasn’t very clean. The pillows had hair on them the stove wasn’t wiped down there was trash on the floor

The location was convenient; the refrigerator was cold; the shower water heater worked well; the coffee pot worked; the door locking system worked well and easily; the hostess was communicative and kind via text conversation. It was super easy to check in and out. There was a heater and a ceiling fan and AC if you needed any of those; there was a light in the fan that worked well; there were paper towels and kitchen soaps available and extra toilet paper available. The shower worked well. The cabins community was quiet and no problems.
The cabin was cold from the floor up, and the wall heater was too drying to the air in order to warm up the small cabin; the pillows were not clean smelling and the towels were not fresh smelling; I cleaned the front window outside from the blowing rain and dust buildup when I arrived so I could see out of it. The kitchen water just dribbled. The pictures online were probably from when the cabins were new.
