Felt clean and new. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of options.

Amenities are plentiful and included mini golf and table tennis. However, my two teenagers tried out both and found the “mini golf” to consist of a tiny putting green, and the only ping pong ball they could find was already cracked and unusable. Ultimately, minor complaints about an otherwise lovely hotel.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

It's hard to not like anything but the beds were more on the soft side.

We enjoyed the breakfast and outdoor areas (basketball, ping pong, etc). The breakfast staff and housekeeping staff were also very nice. The front desk staff were OK, but not super welcoming.

When we arrived in our room, the lights in the living room and kitchen portion of our room didn't work. We contacted the front desk and were given directions on how to flip a switch on the breaker in the room. This was weird and not really acceptable for a hotel to ask guests to flip a switch in the breaker panel. (It was not just our room, another family checked in at the same time a few doors down and had to do the same thing). One of the lights in the pool was broken and floating in the pool, but still attached to the inside wall of the pool. This gave me a little concern about the safety of the pool. The pool was also a little cloudy and there were no towels when we arrived. The couch, decorative pillows and fake leather covered ottoman in our room were worn and dirty. They need to be steam cleaned and/or replaced.
