EVERYTHING! the location was out of the way of big city life, great spot for my sons wedding! The staff was amazing!!
The fact that they could not find my booking.com reservation. thankfully there was a cancellation so we could have the 2nd room we booked. this was not their fault though. The gnats were awful down at the pavilion on the lake.

It was a nice location, clean, plenty of space
The unit hadn’t been used in quite some time so the water smelled like sewage. they did didn’t come until late afternoon the next day to drain the pipes. Maintenance only came because I stopped at the front desk later in the afternoon. maintenance did not get the message, so there was definitely a breakdown in communication. Also, the refrigerator did not work. They did come promptly after we lost all the food in it to replace it with a new one.. there was not a lot of food in it about $25 worth that we lost. When we first arrived, it was dark and not well lit at all. The stairs were slippery. I felt that they should’ve left a light on because it was so dark..
