Breakfast was the best !
Online states a hot tub but there was not a hot tub

The website advertised a hot tub. When we got there, it was covered with tile and not useable so we tried the pool. The pool temperature was so cold that we couldn't swim. The bed was comfortable and the showers were clean and hot. We were awakened twice by teenagers running through the halls screaming. When we checked out, the desk person gave me a stamp to send a postcard to my Mom. When we checked the bill, it was $35.00 more than our Booking.com reservation! All in all, we had a good time in Alton and know that advertising can be misleading. Thank you Fairfield Inn,

Advertised hot tub, but no hot tub. The hot tub area was filled in with cement 3 years ago according to front desk staff. The rooms have changed design and no longer look like the pictures posted on booking. We paid full in advance and the hotel still charged us full price at check-in and told us we would need to dispute it with Booking.
