The location was very good - easy walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. The owners made checking in and out very easy, and the room was very nice.
Th bathroom was on the small side, but manageable for two people. I would have appreciated tissues in the bathroom, and possibly paper towles in the kitchenette area.

Property was clean, cozy, updated, quiet and most importantly only 1/4 block to the southern (quieter) end of the Deerfield beach Boardwalk and the beach.
Would be nice to have a coffee maker with coffee in the room. The room was appointed with coffee maker, but no coffee here. This is a minor thing, I was able to find some coffee in the supplies room. Paper towels and an on-site ice machine would also be a good additions.
