The staff are accounting and friendly, the room is clean and we have hot showers, very comfortable.
The room directly above us sounded like a flamenco class was happening at 4am, then for the rest of the night.

The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful in courteous, the breakfast was hot and plentiful, the disc clerk kept the coffee pots full, elevator accessibility to the lobby was great, location of the hotel for what our needs were to spend a Valentine's Day weekend. Lots of shower products.
There wasn't enough coffee accoutrements in the room, there wasn't enough towels and washcloths, however, they did bring extras when we called downstairs. There was lots of coffee extras down stairs, but, it was downstairs and not in the room.

It was clean and the breakfast was suitable for the price.
The visible bug traps under the sink. Made me feel like they may have a bug problem. Thankfully I never saw any and didn’t take any home with me. The pool area was cold. You could use more heat in the winter.
