Excelente ubicación, céntrico, con opciones de comercio cercanas, centro gastronómico variado, supermercado, a pasos del metro. A Pesar de ser céntrico tiene muy buena aislación acústica y lumínica, ideal para un buen dormir. Y la anfitriona, tal como me gusta, que no se involucre mucho, Pero servicial y atenta a cualquier duda o requerimiento.

Segunda vez que vuelvo,esta todo cerca,estás al medio de dos estaciones metro (U.católica y Parque Bustamante ) es un lugar bastante tranquilo,donde hospedarse a pesar que muchos pensarán esta en Santiago centro,no es bullicioso,cama bastante cómoda. Ingrid muy buena anfitriona cordial y amable,siempre preocupada de que estés bien.

Friendly owner, but you have to make an appointment with her, to pay your bill.
You share an appartment with two men, long-term renting the other two rooms. In your room the door handle is broken out, so you can not lock your door. Old, a little bit creepy place. I would not recommand this place for a single woman.
