Da gentileza e pontualidade do Sr. Jorge que nos entregou a chave, apresentou as instalações e nos deixou super a vontade no local. Outro ponto de destaque é a excelente localização!!! Do lado do metro e extremamente colada em diversos bares, restaurantes e tudo que vc precisar para uma vida noturna agitada. Nós amamos! Andamos toda a região (dia /noite) e o local é seguro e muito movimentado. Fica muito próximo ao Funicular e a 100 metros do Pátio Bellavista tb!! Da pra ir andando em ambos… PERFEITO!!
Talvez haja bastante espaço para uma boa reforma nas instalações… o prédio e sua faxada são bastante deteriorados e assustam um pouco quando se chega.
Contudo a gentileza do proprietário e o local tiram todo o foco desse detalhe e encantam a hospedagem. Camas são confortáveis, tem tv e ar condicionado no quarto. Um outro inconveniente é o cachorrinho que não para de latir a todos que chegam rs*…

Location is perfect, pretty much everything is close at hand.
Clubs around the area made my stay a bit uncomfortable and noisy.

Location was great, room was clean and comfortable, stable Wi-Fi, luggage storage, good price compared to other places
Hot water for showering was unpredictable, building is a bit run down

Great location and cheap for a private room with shared bathroom. Host was friendly. Cheap and cheerful.
lots of keys/locks. Communal stairway unclean and not so friendly. Not a hotel but a spare room in a flat. Fine if you just need one nights cheap accommodation.
