Fantastic location two blocks from the beach. Comfortable, clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast. They really make you feel wecome!
It’s really a motel, not a hotel, with a motel vibe. There aren’t any large grassy areas with outdoor seating.

The room was comfy and clean. The property offers a pool and free bikes to ride around Santa Barbara (we recommend to do that). Anyway the location is close all the main important points of Santa Barbara even on foot. Nice surprise the included breakfast we didn’t expect. Parking included as well. Definitely recommend it! Very good value for money

The location was really good.
The room had a very strong smell of bleach or another cleaning product, so strong that we had to keep the windows open all night. The window screens also had large holes in them.
