I love that my room is always impeccably clean and in good condition. The couch is amazingly comfortable. The drapes, shower curtain, couch cover... it all matches and it's just a little nicer than what you'd find in a big chain hotel. There are pictures on the walls. Not just one picture, but each wall. It's not bare. AND THE SHOWER! It is fantastic! I wish the shower head was a little higher up, but it's got a great, clean shower head with amazing pressure. The bed is comfortable. Though I find it odd the bed is never made. There is only a sheet on the bed, but there is a blanket in the room, and they will give you an extra if you ask. The location is QUIET and safe at night.
The internet had a very weak signal in my room, so I wasn't really able to use it. I kept getting disconnected. I really have no other complaints. This is a wonderful place with wonderful people.

Each time I visit this hotel, something is just a little better. They are slowly making changes and upgrades. This time they added electrical outlets near the desk and the wifi is actually usable! That's a big plus. The staff is ALWAYS incredibly helpful and accommodating. And I'm glad to give my money to a local business, not a corporation. I feel like I know these people.
