Lovely house. V clean house and pool. Lovely quiet area, would need a car to travel around. Very convenient to travel to various Towns and Cities. Manuel was always on hand to answer questions. Pool is a very added bonus especially in the warm weather. It was cleaned twice while we were there. Would recommend this property.

We stayed for a week here in Miami Playa, which is an unspoilt resort, with plenty to do and spectacular scenery. An hour from Barcelona, but also benefitting from local cities such as Tarragona and Mirovet, with its stunning medieval castle. Also the local theme park Port Aventura is nearby. The villa itself is well kept and looks exactly like the pictures here, there is plenty of space and the gardens are exceptional. The main room has air conditioning as does the master bedroom which covers the upstairs. With a bathroom upstairs and a shower room downstairs the house is well apportioned. We were concerned about the shared pool, and those we would be sharing it with, but soon realised this was absolutely fine and got on well with the neighbours and the pool was great for a quick swim after a long day sight seeing, or for a chill out day. Although near to everything including the main area of Miami Playa, the villa and local area is quiet and relaxed with very little noise except that which you would expect, dogs, cars, bin men, lawn mowers etc. and much quieter than our usual town life. The main town has some lovely restaurants and the beach is a wonderful example of a Mediterranean shore line, with good restaurants and beach shops along it, but not so many that it has become another 'Costa del somewhere' in fact the beauty is this feels like 'proper' Spain. The villa owners gave us a wonderful welcome upon arrival, and although spoke little English, bought a translator and we managed to get a sense of how the house worked and how to live here in Miami Playa in this villa for the week. The one extra item that would help with our stay would be a welcome pack, including how the cooker, microwave etc worked, but also some tourist information, recommended restaurants, what to see in the area etc. We weren't put off but it would have been an added bonus to an already delightful property. We'd like to thank Manuel and his family for a wonderful week in Miami Playa and would thoroughly recommend this villa for anyone's holiday.

We stayed in Manuels House for 3 weeks, so I don't know where the other Person who made a Review for the same period of time stayed, but not with us together in this house...but anyway.. We had lovely 3 weeks in this wellkept house. The garden is very nice, the house comfortably furnished. Beds were comfortable, also apprechiated the Airconditioning in the Master Bedroom. Manuel and his wife are very friendly and helpfull, though communication was difficult because we dont speek spanish and their english is limited. We rate the house 4 stars because of a few things we didnt like. First the loud noise from the nearby motorway. Depending on the wind and weather the noise was very loud and we had to close the window at night. The pool is being shared with 4 other houses, but we had it all to ourselfs. Unfortunatly in the 3 weeks no one ever came to clean it, and after a lot of rain the water was very dirty and we didnt feel like using it anymore. The house is very far from the centre of Miami Platja, one definitly needs a car, and that late in the fall the area was very quite, too quiet. Also there was hardly any space to hang laundry, and in a house for 6 people there should be more extra laundry hangers. Apart from these things we enjoyed our stay and would recomend the house and especially the very friendly owners. Muchas gracias Manuel and all the best for you and your Family.
