Fully equipped kitchen: stovetop, oven, range hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, ice crusher, electric kettle, microwave, immersion blender, plates, glasses, silverware, and cleaning supplies.
Hair dryer and first-aid kit in the bathroom.
2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds—plus a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.
Large 100 m² private patio with a private barbecue and a porch with a large awning, outdoor table, 6 chairs, and 2 lounge chairs for sunbathing.
Large communal pool shared by only 10 homes, with direct access from the house.
Everything you need for the beach: 2 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach basket, and beach shovels.
Close to Port Aventura amusement park, Ferrari Land, and Caribe Aquatic Park; a 5-minute drive from the beach; 6 km from the beautiful town of Cambrils (seaport, shops, restaurants, boat tours); 2 km from the town of Miami Playa (boardwalk, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, pharmacies, clinics, etc.), 1 km from golf, pitch and putt, and padel courts, and 1 km from the new Condis supermarket.

Maison agréable et bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié les repas sur la terrasse et la piscine. En dépit d'échanges très cordiaux par sms, nous aurions aimé rencontrer le propriétaire. Peut-être une prochaine fois...

Les échanges et la disponibilité du propriétaire avant et pendant le séjour était parfaite, réactif et amicale. Belle maison, bien exposée avec grande cuisine. La piscine de taille moyenne, bien entretenue. Pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis c’est parfait!
