They were friendly! Upgraded us to a suite after we found blood and cigarette burn on the sheets
The first room we stay in had blood and cigarette burn on the sheets. We had some random people knocking on doors saying they were the police then they would run away right after they knocked.

Breakfast was on par with other similar hotels. Sausage eggs and toast with coffee and juice is a good way to start the day!
THey could have a short order cook to make breakfast for guests - fried eggs, pancakes, omelets, etc. Not super fancy but basic

Stayed there for 25yrs plus. Don't stay much now. Very out dated. Mattress lumpy. Never got loyalty points or free night even when i asked ftont desk. You keep switching "programs"
