For the price, this hotel was first of all clean. There were NO bugs or other critters roaming around the room. I loved the refrigerator, because it had a separate bigger freezer that actually froze them unlike most motel freezers, which aren't big enough, and don't freeze properly. Also, everything worked well in the room. The TV & remote were good, and the A/C cooled well. The A/C unit also helped drown out the traffic on the road. The motel could have more space in the bathroom to put personal items. Perhaps a vanity under the sink. Since it is an older motel, there are usually not enough electrical outlets, but that was not a problem. Also, I had forgotten my Kindle in the motel, and the owner was kind enough to text me to let me know I had forgotten it, so that I could go back and pick it up! Overall, this was a great experience! I would recommend it, and plan to stay here again when we are in the area.
