The property is right on the beach at Tolovana which so nice. The property is very clean, felt safe and the bed was very comfortable with 4 pillows too. The grounds are well kept. The man who checked us in was very nice and kind. Property is also right next to Moe’s and across from a food market which was nice to buy stuff for breakfast the next morning.
For a property in a small beach town that didn’t offer breakfast it would be nice to have a microwave and fridge combined in the room itself. If you must bring your own breakfast then there’s no where to keep milk to cool for cereal or heat up a pastry or something for breakfast. The walls are thin unfortunately so we could hear everyone coming in and out of their rooms, toilets flushing and the people above us were stomping all over the ground morning and night. Not the property’s fault per se but an advisory at check in to be aware of neighbors would be nice. Also the toilet didn’t flush well.

I really liked that it was a studio so the bed had a view of the ocean. The floor was easily cleaned since it wasn’t carpeted. Private balcony was a plus.
Housekeeping staff could have been more decernable. I opened the door to a young man in a hoodie sweatshirt.

I am thankful that this hotel allowed pets and provided items for pets like treats, poo-poo bags, a towel and a sheet.
The beach was very close and a store and couple restaurants were walking distance.
Showers were very nice and hot!
There is a pool and hot-tub (although we did not use them).
I did not like that the room did not have a microwave. The hotel also does not offer breakfast. If you stay for a while, you bring food or buy food, but you can't heat it up.
The bed wasn't super comfortable and the positioning of the TV wasn't good to make you see if from the bed when laying down.
You pay extra to bring your dogs, but you get a room that stinks like pee (or other) from previous pets. I think different flooring should be in the pet rooms so it does not absorb the smells like the carpet that's in there.
