Very good location and nice, quiet place and beautiful room. My room was very nice, clean upstairs second floor, small balcony beach access right across the street. Super easy check in process and very accessible to many different restaurants and cafes. I had an event at Pineapple’s and it was super close to the downtown arts district

The location of the property was great. The staff was very helpful.
It smelled musty and like smoke. The bathroom smelled of heavy bleach. The TV had a permanent line in the middle of the screen. The AC worked halfway decent. No curtains, so it was bright the moment the sun was up. It's an older property and I would take $100 off the nightly price, except it's beachside and you'll not find anything cheaper.
