it was a house and it fit my family perfectly. The place was nice and welcoming, no issues with the neighbors, loved the pool. The only issue was that the home was old and you could tell, maybe a little upgrade to the refrigerator and washer. Other than that, it was perfect.

The neighborhood and the pool. The hour is ok except for the furniture and the air conditioning
Property with low furniture conditions. Needs a lot of improvements. Furniture is too old and in low conditions. TV in the main bedroom with low quality and can’t connect to internet. If you like to sleep in a cold air condition, this house is not for you. We were sleeping with 73 all night long and all day. Air conditioning is too old and is not allowed to go Down the 73 Fahrenheit. We always sleep with 70 Fahrenheit, so this air conditioning did not work for us at 73.
