The first bedroom offers a king bed with a private ensuite bathroom, perfect for parents or a couple wanting a comfortable retreat. The second bedroom features a queen bed, also with its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or groups, with four twin beds and a private ensuite bathroom of its own. Every bedroom comes with a Smart TV and Roku, and you will even find a Smart TV in the living room and the upstairs loft, plus USB charging ports built into every lamp in the home.
The fully equipped kitchen features smart appliances and everything you need to cook at home, while a national free-call telephone and parking for 2 cars add extra convenience for your stay. Step out back to your private pool with a splash pad, and enjoy the option of pool heating for an additional charge, perfect for cooler evenings.
This home sits inside Hidden Forest, an ecological complex surrounded by lakes, nature trails, and local wildlife like the Heron, with a community clubhouse offering a shared pool, jacuzzi, gym, and playroom. Just a few meters away you will find Cagan Crossing and US-27, with shops, gas stations, pharmacies, and a post office close by, and Walmart, Publix, and Dollar Tree all nearby for easy errands. This property is self-catering. A small starter kit is provided upon arrival, including 3 dishwasher tablets, 2 trash bags, 1 new sponge, 1 kitchen paper towel, 1 starter soap per bathroom, and 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies as needed during their stay.
** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.
** Pool heating is NOT included in the rental unless specified in your rate. Please contact us to get a quote. You can still use the pool without heating, of course.
*** Pool heaters are set to 86°F prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
