Hot water took a while to get warm. Towels were a little scratchy. Nice room and a comfortable bed.
The property could use some improvements. Trashy buildings in front of entrance. The pool and sauna’s were closed . Needs to be addressed!!

I loved the spacious in the premium king size room. The comfort of the bed plus the sofa. We too enjoyed our mini fridge, microwave plus all other essentials. The staff was very humble.
We had to request for soap and shampoo plus conditioner; there was none in our room.

Second time in 2 weeks we have stayed, and in the same room. Staff was excellent.
The pool area could use a little fixing up to make it a more enjoyable place to sit and enjoy a nice day or evening.

Coffee machine in room. Ice available.
WiFi didn’t work on 2nd floor. Rude receptionist. Confusing entrance as roadworks everywhere
