Very good value. We loved all the little details that made an excellent stay: free water bottles during our stay, free coffee/tea in the room as well as in the lobby, enough personal care products for the entire family for the weekend, the spacious room and comfortable bed, the pool, jacuzzi as well as the basketball court right outside the hotel for our kids. We loved also the breakfast that had a variety of choice to satisfy everybody, including lactose free milk.

Breakfast was hearty and very enjoyable. Lots of good hot and cold options, including delicious mini quiches and hot breakfast sandwiches, in addition to the usual scrambled eggs, sausages, and a waffle maker. Even the muffins and breads seemed elevated compared to the breakfasts we’ve had at other hotels.
The staff were all wonderful: friendly, kind, and attentive. They definitely stood out for the overall warmth the exuded. They were friendly to our kids, and the kind man at the front desk provided quick assistance when my toddler spilled her water in the lounge.

Everything was great nice room close to the pool/spa
I was charged twice for the stay. Once by booking.com and once by the hotel. Had to go back to get a refund

I liked that it was pet friendly. The kids loved the pool and basketball court! I loved the kitchens in the rooms.
The pet friendly feature was an extra $100 on top of our expensive holiday weekend stay, which it didn’t say when I was booking our room. And our room smelled horrible. As if animals had had accidents that were left sitting. My pet is clean and trained, and doesn’t smell.
