It felt like home
We stayed in the ninth condo and the bedroom to the far right upstairs needs a new bed!! I slept alone that nite because the bed was so uncomfortable that my husband slept on the couch downstairs, it really needs to bed replaced. I managed to sleep in the middle of it. Other than that it was very very nice.

The location was excellent. Definitely exceeded my expectations.
Better parking. We had a SUV and there was a truck that was parked directly behind us making very hard to navigate in and out. No cars should be allowed to utilize that space

Location. Good air con and fans in each room. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery and glassware.
Late check in policy at 5pm is inconvenient. Bring it in line with standard hotel check in time. Very Poor communication with staff. We didn't receive lockbox key till late because their system failed and we couldn't reach any agent on their mainline or emergency line. The bed mattresses are sagging in the middle. We were in villa 14. The carpets are old. The deck is not well maintained. The windows are foggy.
