The house was pet-friendly. We loved the fenced in yard and carport. Property manager was very nice and accommodating.

Great location for beach & walking boardwalk Spent week dropping son off at school & getting to know area House was clean and had most amenities / bed upstairs could use upgrade very soft sinks in middle and very noisy legs Eating area is small and hard if you had more than 2 people but it worked / love seat for tv watching Nice back area was just to hot to eat out Only issue was both grill cylinder empty when we went to use grill we replaced and was reimbursed but just annoying

Rented this house for the week while we were visiting and dropping off our son at college.It was very convenient to many restaurants and the beach. The house is great for two adults and maybe two children. The living room eating quarters are very tight. Would be hard to relax. Watch TV with more than three or four people. Had all the amenities needed for cooking in and a nice outdoor back area with a grill.Unfortunately, it was just too hot to be outsideWould definitely rent this place again

The property is well-maintained and situated in an excellent location. However, we did come across some old dog poop on the side of the house, which was a bit unpleasant. Additionally, there is a bush near the front door that produces berries and attracts a significant number of flies, so we ended up using the back door instead.
The check-in process was odd.... Typically, we receive the necessary information on the day of or the day before our stay, but in this case, we had to make a phone call to obtain the access code. However, when I called, the line only rang once, and I could hear background noise before someone finally responded after I said hello. Instead of a digital entry system, we were provided with a physical key that we had to carry around or insert into a lockbox.
Considering the size of the property, it was a bit tight for me, my partner, and our two dogs. Nevertheless, it is nicely stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty of towels. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Every spring and bump could be felt, making it the most uncomfortable place I have ever slept in. I once slept on the floor with just a blanket, and it was more comfortable than these beds. I would suggest that the company who owns this place consider investing in 2 or 3-inch mattress toppers to improve the sleeping experience. Additionally, it would be helpful if they provided a fly swatter to deal with the flies attracted by the bush near the front door.
