Location was right on the river and close to main town. Rooms were clean and the renovated bathrooms were gorgeous. Front counter staff were friendly
Not many vegetarian option on menu. Was not informed about facilities and where they were located. Bar staff were miserable and not overly friendly. Checkout the manager was cold. And having private conversations at the front desk.

Rooms were clean, close to the Event Center. The bar tender after our even was amazing. Friendly (only friendly staff we encountered), and everyone really enjoyed him.
Staff at the front desk & dining room manager. They were rude and extremely unfriendly. We arrived at 4:00 for a 3:00 check in only to find only one room was ready. Two hours later we went back to check into the other room and still had to wait another 30 minutes. Paid full price for a room we couldn't get into for 3.5 hours after check -in, however were reminded of check out time. We asked to dine, the manager was so rude I'd never go there for a meal.
