Size of the room, breakfast, it was quiet

What I like about the Hotel was that as you walked in the atmosphere was clean. As I walked to the counter the front desk clerk was helpful and very friendly and polite as well as professional with a smile. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The room was clean as well. The breakfast was very tasty. I would recommend.

The only thing that I didn't like was that someone had a dog and the dog kept on barking, and the pool was very hot, and the water didn't look clean. It looked very yellowish and cloudy. I also didn't like the fact that there wasn't a lot of good Television channels. Nothing to watch but the News, sports, talk shows, and the History channels. Not enough movie channels. I think that should be something to look into because if someone wants to just stay indoors and relax while watching movies that should be an option as well, but it wasn't. Oh yeah this is a really BIG BEAL for me as well, I forgot to mention that my AARP couldn't be added for my discount either.

The lady at the desk when I checked in was outstanding!

My room was 78 degrees. I did not have the ability to make the temperature colder so I turned the heat off and hoped it would cool down. It did after about 6 hours sitting in heat. The breakfast selections were not what I expected. Egg white frittatas and “impossible” sausage?!?! At least the waffle was good. Juice selection was ok and the orange juice was horrible.
