I have stayed at this property many times because the management have gone beyond most hotels. This is one of a few hotels I have stayed at where I can check in at 6am in the morning not the enforced 2pm time others do. I travel over night from Sisaket so arrival is always early. The staff are always respectful and helpful. Also now there is the added bonus of a lift.
This is one Hotel that needs no improvement in my opinion.

Great location very close to central festival shopping and the beach plus the main entertainment spots. Great for walking
Very small rooms with little to no hanging/ storage accessories to overcome the small room sizes. The bathrooms are small and difficulty to maintain any dry space. There is nowhere for toiletries and unable to have toilet paper in the bathroom as the shower drenches everything.
