7 / 10Good·Oct 2026
The room was large
Our room #4 had hairs in the bed and only the 2 bedside lights in the room. It would have been more convenient if the company had sent the code to open the door to us instead of us having to contact them after a long day. There was an elderly couple also having problems contacting them. Our shower soap container had no soap and the only other soap is a super small disc. The location is good. It was nice to have coffee.

Very nice room
No one is on site. It is not an “inn,” it is a strip motel with no office or on-site personnel whatsoever. Very disconcerting.

I wish I could give a higher score because the room and space was great.
I contacted the "staff" soon after we woke up our second morning because we noticed there was NO smoke detector in our room - someone had removed. After lots of back and forth, we offered to use our vacation time to buy one and be reimbursed but were told no, one would be dropped off. When we got back from dinner there was still nothing. We were then told to go buy one. By then the stores were closed. This was a really simple fix but was totally mishandled by the out-of-town management.
