It was clean, which is what I check for when I get in a room. The front desk was friendly and helpful when I needed it. I travel alone for work and I felt safe while there.
The bath towels were very thin, the only "bad" thing i can say.

Room and bathroom was clean, very clean. Bed sheets, mattress pad clean, no stains. Mattress was comfortable. Everything working: A/C, TV, refrig, microwave, hair dryer. I liked that it has linoleum floor rather than carpet for cleanliness.
I will ask on next visit that they don't prep the room with their "Air Freshener" spray which has a thick perfume scent. I had to leave door open a while to get the smell out. After that it was fine.

Large bathroom, easy access to room, comfortable bed (even though it was justca mattress on a frame), nice linens
Odd smell in room, a number of automobile air fresheners hung around the room.
Pedestals under the beds are metal, giving a loud clanging sound if you hit them, which you seem to do a lot.
Tv difficult to work.
