The room was updated and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location for us was good because it was near an exit in Calhoun. Traffice noise was not a problem.

I really can not think of anything that would have made it better. After staying in other motels/hotels which were comparable in price but either run down, not very clean and very noisy our stay was great.

Breakfast was great. Lots of food choices. However the juice machine was broken. I recommended a supply of juices could have been brought in to accommodate. Room was clean and comfortable. One issue is the floor in the bathroom could have been a little cleaner and a little build up of junk at the bottom of the shower door could be cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response from the manager. Never had that happened in any reviews of any hotel. Very impressed with the manager

Front desk staff was friendly in the room was pretty clean.

They don't have any handicap rooms with 2 beds on the first floor so in the event of an emergency I would have been stuck on the 4th floor where they placed us. They did not inform us of that until check in. I called prior and they said a first floor room would not be a problem. When they handed me my key card and said we were going to be on the fourth floor I almost had a full-blown panic attack. Also when we were gone on the first day and they came to replace our towels in the bathroom they set are clean towels on the floor instead of on the actual towel rack where they had been when we first arrived. The bathroom was really dirty didn't look like it had been mopped in a while. But the rest of the room was clean and tidy.
