I’ve stayed in hotels that were overly expensive and considered 5 star in several cities and I’ve stayed in several budget hotels, but I have never had such good customer service in any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The ladies I dealt with there went above and beyond for me and my family! I highly recommend!

Breakfast was adequate, not awesome. Room was clean. Location was good for our purposes. Bed was comfortable. Blind mechanism worked well to keep light out. HVAC okay - able to turn on heat or air.
Fit and finish was a little rough. Holes in floor in bathroom tile where door stop was previously, caulking and paint job sub par in bathroom, toilet paper holder loose about to disengage. USB at bedside defective.
