The room was clean and very nice. The whirlpool tub was very nice and set up well.
The breakfast was "okay". The hot cocoa was cold the two days we had breakfast. The air condition was loud so we tried not to use it at night. Which made sleeping uncomfortable. It would be nice to have softer pillows as an option.

Lovely hotel! Our room had a deck with a great view of the lake. Room was large, bath recently updated, great water pressure, fluffy towels, microwave and fridge in room. Manager was very helpful, nice and welcoming! You can tell he cares about his guests' experience. We were at the end of a long road trip so it was great to be able to donate load of laundry! $1 wash $1 dry! Highly recommend staying here! Short walk to the Mackinac Island ferries.
I should have asked for a soft pillow.

It was a good location. I liked the separate rooms and double sink separate from the bathroom it was nice with teenagers to be able to have multiple people get ready at once.
There was leftover food in our refrigerator and the pull out couch was not made.

Conveniently located
Pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast was very basic, premade omelet, soggy biscuits.
