The food and the rooms.
The staff. Except for the first concierge upon my arrival and the server during my lunch. The rest were terrible, inattentive with lack of hospitality. The concierge upon my departure/check out didn’t hand properly my bill she was so disrespectful as well as the server during my breakfast he was terrible.
