    The good things first: 1. Excellent location. very close to the airport. 2. The shuttle service to the airport is a great benefit. I took it even at 5 am to catch an early morning flight. All the bus drivers, are very nice, cheerful and helpful. 3. The rooms were very nice. 4. The AC was making a huge noise in my room, due to which I couldn't sleep on the first night. I was allotted a new room on the 8th floor, but here the AC was quite ineffective. So, the ACs left a lot to be desired. 5. The breakfast had extremely limited options. 6. All the staff in the hotel/ front desk/ restaurant/ cafe near the lobby/ were very nice, warm and cheerful. 7. The cafe at the lobby, is a very convenient option. It provides quick and easy food options with lots of variety. 8. All in all, a good hotel and conveniently located.

    I stay was great however my credit card was charged for the stay when in fact I already paid for my stay way in advance prior to my attival with Agoda , please I need the extra pay refunded . Thank you
