    Elbe at reception is excellent, couldn't get family suite because of labour day bookings, so she gave a us 2 identical rooms, one being a complimentary. Beds are very comfortable, room is spacious, sofa bed comfortable and also has a kitchen!!

    Comfortable, relaxing stay. Room was clean, spacious and had full kitchenette with cooking utensils. Enjoyed using the gym which had good quality equipment. Also the complimentary breakfast every morning was a nice touch.

    The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was great and the staff were not that great, at least the 2 gentlemen I encountered with. One didn't even know what the address of the hotel was. He had to walk outside to see what the street was. Another guy was supposed to have coffee sent to our room because the housekeepers didn't leave any. We waited for 2-3 hours. I called the front desk and the guy said she will bring them up. The house keeper never did. I went to the front desk and the guy who was working with his daughter sitting behind the desk, was not there anymore. So the other guy gave me some of the coffee capsules that were just behind the front desk. No customer service what so ever especially with prices we paid for our room. I was a bit surprised considering it was the Hyatt. The location was far from all of the tourist attractions as well.
