Bed was comfortable, room was spacious for NYC standards, room was quiet and had a nice view of the river.
The shower head was set at an awkward angle and was not adjustable. The shower head was removable, but all of it was set so high as a 5'1 person I could barely reach it.

The location and decoration
The staff. They couldn’t care less. When you call them for help they will send someone after the 5th call. No greetings when you arrive at all not even “have a good one”. Especially the receptionists.

Is this the quietest hotel room in NY?! Amazing! Tucked away from the hustle but close to everything. I loved the room size and proximity to everything and discovering the water filtration system so I can fill up my water bottle for free: YES.
I do like a thicker blanket but I called down and had an extra blanket sent up and that worked fine.
