Everything was good, except the pool was not heated. And I’m still waiting on my refund

Perfectly perfect

Location was amazing, walk to beach. Breakfast was great!

Pool heaters were not working. We were told we could go to hotel next door for heated pools. We did do that and was fine.

The overall stay was good. Would def stay again. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Waterfall needs fixed. Some parts were working, need more floats for lazy river especially if they are going to share between two properties, game room only had two games working, and breakfast was mediocre for the price.

This property offers nice amenities and very comfortable rooms with very cordial staff.

Great beach access.

Restaurant was not the best. The staff was attentive and friendly, and food was decent . They only offered buffet at breakfast with no a la carte offerings. This a family friendly hotel, but the restaurant is stark and less than inviting .

The customer service here is excellent, everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond for you.

Had to ask to have the room cleaned after I checked in, and they still left crumbs on the table and floor. The front desk took great care of us though.

Breakfast was amazing!! Tasted as close to homemade as I’ve taastwd. Very good. breakfast ! Pool was very nice as well!! Beach was wonderful!, very short walk to the beach! Great location. Being close to the pier was an extra bonus!

There wasn’t anything I can say I didn’t like I don’t believe . Other than the beds were maybe a little harder than I would have expected.

Overpriced for the stay we had

They gave us a different room on the gulfside because of no visibility out of our room beside two overhang columns

well the pool wasn’t working at all lazy river was out no Continental breakfast didn’t have coffee for the guest only at the $16.95 breakfast buffet that was way to expensive got woken up at 4am because of the fire alarm went off for whatever reason so no the stay was horrible. Will never stay there again for the price I paid.
